Department of Educational Leadership and Research Methodology

Welcome to the Department of Educational Leadership and Research Methodology. Whether you are a current or prospective student, faculty or staff member, alumnus, or community partner, I invite you to explore a department committed to advancing education as a cornerstone in the development of thriving individuals, communities, and societies.

Our work responds to the technological, social, political, economic, and environmental forces shaping education today while preparing leaders for the future. As educators, scholars, and leaders, we prepare individuals to think critically, lead ethically, conduct meaningful research, and create educational opportunities that are equitable, innovative, and impactful.
